2024 became the year for my husband and myself when we for the first time tasted the waters of Obstacle races, both as a duo when we ran the 15 km OCR Tough Viking at Djurgården in August and as Team Husky with our two dogs when we ran as a family of 4 (2 adults & our 2 dogs) the well-known OCR for dogs and their owners.
But before all that happened, I got to see the OCR from behind my lens. In May and June, my husband competed in Tough Viking 8 km and Toughest 8 km runs and as usual, requested a few shots of himself to be captured by me.
Unlike any other sport/crossfit competition I documented for him, these ones included a lot of running with my gear to catch up with him and captured him at diverse obstacles as he made his way through.
