Evening of Marbling & Endless Colors

In the beginning of December I was invited to document a workshop a bookbinding studio in Stockholm that focuses among other things on creating beautiful marbled papers.

The group of girls that were participating that night had a great time coming up with creative shapes, mixing all the colors & sipping their drinks.

Because the images were supposed to be used for future marketing of the studio's owner I wanted to portray the exact mood of the evening with all the important details. The main focus was on all the laughs and fun exchanges among the girls to show the true joy of collective creativity. But I couldn't miss all the detail shots that I knew would mesmerise the audience with shapes and colours of the evening's creations in the same way it mesmerised the participants that were creating them.
