Documenting the Essence of You
Last year, I met Anna, a founder of Readthelabel, a sustainable brand focusing on delivering mindful luxurious and minimalistic bed linen and towels. She was interviewing Caroline, a holistic health coach, for her site and I got do document it.
We visited Caroline in her tiny studio in the middle of Stockholm where she regularly helps stressed women find their peace again. When I stepped into her tiny space, the immediate feeling of calm and solitude came over me. Meeting Caroline, a warm soul that she is, even strengthened that feeling.
I knew that I had to document that incredible essence of calm and translate the very same solitude into the photos too to do justice to Caroline and her passion.

Because Caroline's work focuses largely on creating a safe space for her clients where they can fully relax and tune into their healing journey, I wanted the very same to radiate from the photos we captured. Tranquility, safety, calmness - those were the keywords that guided me through this photoshoot. Not to mention that Caroline herself was an embodiment of these qualities as well.
We looked around the studio, Caroline guided me and showed me what she usually does with her clients, what her treatments look like and I simply documented her flow.
