Back in July I was contacted by one of my previous clients to come document her afternoon yoga session in a super cool location - a floating pontoon platform at Liljeholmen during which she would be introducing Stockholm yoga community to 4Beat yoga. This was not my first time documenting this specific type of practice so I knew exactly what I was in for and I was so excited! Practicing to the beats of music always generates amazing dynamic movement poses; something that photographs so well and is just perfect for creating that dynamic visual story.
The event was organised in collaboration with the brand Yogiraj, one of my favourite brands I always love to photograph.
As usual with these brand wellness events, I focused on quiet observation of the flow and played with tilted horizons, flowing hair and all the details that further helped to tell the story of the dynamic movement that 4beat yoga represents.
